ME’D1.ATE is honored to be invited to showcase Project>Soundwave at the 2007 Singapore Design Festival from November 27 to December 08 2007. It will be a part of ‘My Universal Home’, an installation by Singapore-based Belgian designer and artist Anita Nevens in collaboration with designstudio Little Red Dots and artist Noriko Suzuki-Bosco and sponsored by Fortis and Design Flanders Belgium.

My Universal Home reflects the increasing necessity of changes in the idea of ‘home’ due to the growing trends in nomadic and cross-border living. The house is a living environment with furniture, design, art, video and performance hosting works by international and local designers and artists including soundworks by Project>Soundwave.

The Singapore Design Festival is a biennial platform initiated by the Design Singapore Council (Ministry of Information, Communication and the Arts), with the aim to celebrate and promote design as a propeller of the new economy in Singapore, and to provide a gateway to Asia’s design community, and Asia to the world.
